Lester was taught picture framing by his father Simon, who started the business off as a hobby operating from his shed in the back garden in 1980. The last 30 years has seen much expansion led by Lester, who still takes pride in the fact that Simon Robinson and Son still provides the same one to one service that only a family business can bring. |

Jane Ashworth - The Left Hand
Jane achieved a BA Hons degree in wood, metal, ceramics and plastics from Brighton Polytechnic, and is able to apply her artistic skills to every aspect of creating your unique picture frame. In her spare time she enjoys making her house a home, baking and painting. |

Fiona Carver - The Right Hand
Fiona studied at Edinburgh College of Art, gaining a BA Hons degree in Furniture Design. She trained as a picture framer in London where she gained over 4 years experience before moving to Cambridgeshire and joining Simon Robinson & Son. Rosie Robinson - The Mum
With a passion for embroidery, Rosie has been preparing customers' needlework for framing for the past 30 years. She has football shirts on her CV too. With this wealth of experience she is affectionately referred to as 'The Oracle'. |
